From the first flight from Dar es Salaam to Ruaha National Park, the journey unfolds through dramatic landscapes, intimate camp settings and unforgettable wildlife experiences.
Explore Ruaha’s untamed wilderness, continue to Mikumi National Park and then travel onward to the Selous Game Reserve. Activities are organised by the camp managers and operated on a shared basis, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the destination alongside fellow travellers while benefiting from the knowledge of local safari teams.
Each day brings a new setting: airstrip arrivals, camp transfers, game-viewing activities, evening excursions and peaceful dinners beneath the southern Tanzanian sky. Accommodation is arranged at selected camps and lodges, including options such as Jabali Ridge, Kigelia Camp, Vuma Hills Tented Camp, Roho Ya Selous Camp and other listed properties.
The route finishes with a flight from Selous back to Dar es Salaam, followed by a transfer to the international terminal when required. With AZ Holidays, every detail is shaped around memorable safari travel through Tanzania’s Coastal, Southern and Northern circuits.
